Offline Electron app seeds 10 system presets, supports create-from-scratch designer with palette/drag/resize/bricks, and exports .ttrpg-system.json for the player.

Legal

Fan mechanical scaffolds. D&D spell text may be imported from third-party aggregators at the product owner's responsibility — see docs/adr/.
