Initial TTRPG character meta-builder with visual sheet editor.

Offline Electron app seeds 10 system presets, supports create-from-scratch designer with palette/drag/resize/bricks, and exports .ttrpg-system.json for the player. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
